About the event

Tony has been a Consultant Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon for over 30 years with a special interest in the treatment of patients who have sustained multiple injuries as a consequence of road traffic accidents, industrial injuries and leisure accidents

For over ten years he hasd been actively supporting Ethiopia develop its accident trauma services as the Government develop its road infrastructure and rapidly expand its building programmes


As a Salford Resident of 40 years he has

a keen interest in history of the industrial revolution across the Northwest of England and particularly its impact on the development of orthopaedic trauma services worldwide.
